Glynn Jones is the Managing Director and has been with the Company since 1999. He is a former Police Officer with extensive operational investigation and training experience. He is a qualified 'Investigative Interviewing' trainer and has delivered this form of training to Police Officers and to both National Government and Local Government Agencies throughout the UK. He has also trainied Police and Anti Corruption Bureau Officers in Africa (DFiD). .
Mike Carr MSc, BSc, is the Director of Training and has also been with the Company since 1999. He is a former Police Officer and during his career was the Director of Studies at the Police Central Planning and Training Unit at Durham engaged in curriculum design and training Police Officers. During 1991, as an occupational psychologist, he acted as a consultant to the Home Office Police Research Group of the national P.E.A.C.E. Investigative Interviewing model. He has been involved in the training of personnel from the Lord Chancellors Office, OU Business School, Prison Service, DTI and Police in Africa (DFiD).
The dedicated management team, supported by experienced, qualified trainers, have worked together for a number of years to provide first class specialist training, encompassing all aspects of investigation and investigative interviewing. The management, together with the associate services of consultants in forensic psychology, law and heath care, is responsible for training quality, development, research, marketing and administration.
