Courses 

Although much of the training provided by RMH is accredited, all our programmes are tailored to the needs of each client, following a training needs analysis.  Every client relationship starts with a Training Needs Analysis which then becomes the benchmark against which the programme can be developed and, in due course, its effectiveness be measured.

As a result, whilst all of our courses are well established, with a solid record of effectiveness, none of them can be regarded as 'off the shelf'.  In every case, RMH will identify those aspects of the training which need tailoring to the specific business needs of the customer.

For all our courses we undertake a continual process of review and revision to take account of new legislation, and developments in best practice in the field.
