With the increasing incidence of violent attacks in a variety of workplaces, the onus in on employers to fulfil their duty of care to their employees.

RMH have developed training programmes which give attendees all the skills needed to deal with aggression at work, from the ability to anticipate flashpoints to, when necessary, the proper use of control and restraint techniques.

All employers have a legal duty to provide a safe environment for their staff, and to take all reasonable measures to ensure that safety. In particular, the rising incidence of violent confrontation places a responsibility on the employer to provide information, instruction and training to minimise the impact of such incidents.
